Our specialist Recruitment team undertake very thorough pre-employment checks prior to registering a Live In Care Worker to our company. Every Care Worker we supply as a Live in Carer will have an Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau check, their past working history fully explored, suitable references and a Face to Face interview.
We endeavour to ensure that every Live In Care Worker we recruit has the skills and personality it takes to provide you with the assistance and support that you need at home, whilst respecting at all times our clients right to choose, maintain privacy, modesty and dignity and independence.
